An extraordinary plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada on the initiative of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will take place on Nov. 2, Yulia Paliychuk, speaker of the Servant of the People faction, has said.

“On Tuesday, November 2, an extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada is expected to be convened, which will be initiated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to consider important social and medical issues,” Paliychuk wrote on Telegram on Oct. 29.

According to her, the agenda of the meeting includes draft resolution No. 6154 on additional measures to counter and spread of COVID-19, bills on state registration of medicines under obligations (No. 6121), on improving the healthcare management system (No. 5873), on the functioning of the Unified State Register of War Veterans and the introduction of an electronic veteran certificate (No. 5694), on amending the law on the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in Ukraine in terms of bringing it into line with some legislative acts (No. 4542).

Paliychuk recalled that draft resolution No. 6154 proposes to allow people to enter the parliament only upon presentation of documents confirming the vaccination done or based on the results of the PCR test.
