FEMEN activist Angelina Diash, who in July 21 in Kyiv bared her breasts during a meeting between the presidents of Ukraine and Belarus in Kyiv, has still not received back her foreign travel passport.

Diash told the Kyiv-based Interfax-Ukraine news service before her court hearing on Oct.25 at Kyiv’s Pechersky District Court that pretrial conditions on her had expired, adding that law-enforcement agencies have still not returned her passport.

“Two months have passed, but they have not returned my passport. Maybe they like it,” the activist said, adding that she wants to travel with friends to Rome, but cannot without her passport.
Diash said charges of hooliganism against her had been downgraded to an administrative offense.

As earlier reported, on July 21 during a ceremony marking bilateral talks between Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko at the Presidential Administration in Kyiv, Diash took off her jacked and displayed her naked chest, upon which “Live Belarus!” was written. She simultaneously yelled, was ushered out of the room and arrested.
Diash was accredited to the event as a journalist, although the Kartel publishing group claims Diash used a fake identification card from the newspaper “Delovaya Stolitsa,” which is part of the Kartel group.

Diash was charged with committing an act of hooliganism (Part 3 of Article 296 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code)

On July 22 Kyiv’s Pechersky District Court released Diash on her own recognizance.
