Acting Health Minister of Ukraine Ulana Suprun said that the decision of the Verkhovna Rada Health Committee, which supported the draft resolution dismissing her, confirms the correctness of health care reform happening in Ukraine.

“This is the best flackery showing that our reform is moving in the right direction,” Suprun told journalists before the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Wednesday.

The acting minister said that she would continue to remain in office and expressed confidence that the situation with the decision of the committee would not have an immediate continuation.

As reported earlier, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Health Issues on April 3 backed a draft resolution dismissing of Acting Health Minister Ulana Suprun, registered in January 2017.
