Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv passed judgement, according to which the consideration on the merits of the case on charges of Andriy Antonenko, Yana Duhar and Yulia Kuzmenko of involvement in the murder of journalist Pavlo Sheremet will take place on Sept. 4 by a jury.
Accoding to a correspondent of Interfax-Ukraine, the court announced such a ruling on August 25 following the results of the preparatory hearing.
“To schedule a judicial inquiry … by a jury … at 12 p.m. on Sept. 4,” the court said.
