The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) will hold a hearing in the Ukraine and the Netherlands v. Russia case at 9:15 a.m. on Nov. 24, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has reported.
“On Nov. 24, 2021, hearings in the case Ukraine and the Netherlands v. Russia will take place! The relevant information has been published in the schedule for the consideration of cases of the European Court of Human Rights,” the Ministry said on Twitter on Oct. 4.
According to a photocopy of the timetables of the hearing posted in the publication, these are cases Nos. 8019/16, 43800/14 and 28525/20.
