The High Council of Justice (HCJ) has dismissed head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine Zenovy Kholodniuk, at his own request.
“Guided by Article 153 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges’, Article 34 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the High Council of Justice’ and Article 86 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Civil Service’, on Oct. 29, 2020, the High Council of Justice decided to dismiss Zenovy Vasyliyovych Kholodnyuk from the post of the head of State Judicial Administration of Ukraine at its own request on Oct. 30, 2020,” the press service of the HCJ reported.
