The parliamentary faction Holos met a possible candidate for the post of Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Mikheil Saakashvili on April 28, the faction’s spokesperson Yarema Dukh said.
“Today, the meeting of the Holos faction’s deputies with Mikheil Saakashvili took place. The meeting was constructive, the guest said that the ‘Holos is the best faction he saw in the Ukrainian parliament,'” Dukh told Interfax-Ukraine after the meeting.
According to him, the meeting participants discussed the situation in the country and reforms.
Answering a clarifying question, Dukh said that the faction’s support for Saakashvili’s candidacy for the post of deputy prime minister was not discussed.
