Among the 76 prisoners returned to Ukraine from prisons and colonies of the separatist-controlled territories in the Donbas on Dec. 29, Spektr unexpectedly met a citizen of the Russian Federation. The pensioner with a Russian passport and an apartment in the city of Zuhres in the Donetsk region – currently located in territory not controlled by Ukraine’s government – wants to return home.
