Novooleksandrivka may be the worst place to live in Ukraine. There is no gas, no electricity, no access road. The roads are so bad that even the military cannot get to the village in adverse weather. Despite all this, there are still ten people living in Novooleksandrivka. Inadvertently, one gets a feeling of traveling 100 years back with a time machine.
