“[He’s got] good managerial skills and practical experience in the public sector as Deputy Governor of the National Bank, Deputy Minister of Finance, and in the private sector, including a job as head of a bank. He is trusted and respected by foreign partners—he has worked as the executive director of the EBRD [in Ukraine], taught and conducted research in Harvard and the London School of Economics,” Hrytsenko wrote.
