Former Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine Alexander Hug has said he doesn’t consider Russia an aggressor country.
No, but I believe that Russia, like Ukraine and ORDLO, recognized the existence of a big problem that needs to be resolved and they all assumed obligations, he said in an interview with the 1+1 TV channel on November 4, answering the question about whether Hug considers Russia an aggressor.
At the same time, he noted that the SMM recorded columns of military-type vehicles with weapons on them, which entered the territory of Ukraine from the territory of the Russian Federation.
