Iryna Dmitrievna, 59, is from Sviatlodarsk, a government-controlled town in war-torn eastern Ukraine. She has had a disability since childhood and spends most of her days in bed. When she needs to go out, she calls for someone to come and assist her in her wheelchair. She often smiles and says she is an optimist.
