The Higher Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has announced competitions for the position of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court and the Supreme Court.
The corresponding decision was taken by the commission at a meeting on Thursday, August 2.
There will be a competition to fill 39 vacant positions of judges in the anti-corruption court, 12 of which will serve in that court’s appeals chamber.
In addition, a second competition will be held to fill vacant positions for appeals courts under the Supreme Court. There are 26 vacant posts in the Administrative Court of Cassation, the Civil Court of Cassation – 23 posts and in the Economic Court of Cassation and the Criminal Court of Cassation – 16 and 13 respectively.
The deadline for submitting documents is from August 8 to September 14.
The competitive procedures in these courts will be similar to the stages of the first contest in the Supreme Court.
