Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin spoke about possible options for depriving Russia of the right of veto in the UN Security Council.

“It is a very complicated path [of depriving Russia of the right of veto in the UN]. What can lead to this? Firstly, the UN reform, and here Russia is blocking it. The second option is a possible ruling of the international court, for which we are working in the UN International Court of Justice,” he told journalists in Kyiv on October 26.

According to the minister, this is a complicated process, which Russia is afraid of.
