Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that the new academic year in the Ukrainian capital will start on September 1 in the usual format for society, and then everything will depend on self-discipline and cohesion of the city’s residents.
“The educational process should start, but taking into account new conditions and following all the rules. Our schools are ready for this. Surely, there are threats, not everything is simple, but we will overcome all the challenges and will definitely return to normal life,” the mayor said during the August pedagogical online conference in Kyiv on Aug. 20.
