You're reading: Kuleba: Lavrov continues to avoid meeting of Normandy format

The Russian Foreign Ministry has sent its proposals to Germany, France and Ukraine on what the final document of a potential meeting of foreign ministers in the Normandy format should be, but they only confirm that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov continues to avoid this meeting, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has said.

“From the last event that happened in the diplomatic platform: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation sent its proposals to Germany, France and Ukraine, their vision of what the final document of a potential meeting of foreign ministers should be. But this document is written in such a way that it leaves no doubts, except for confirmation that Minister Lavrov continues to avoid this meeting while we see the escalation of Russian propaganda and the unwinding of this flywheel of hybrid war,” Kuleba said on the air of the Right to Power (Pravo na Vladu) program on 1+1 TV channel on Nov. 4.
