krainian diplomats raised over Hr 1.75 million to help military medics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The money was transferred to the account of the Come Back Alive international charity fund, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has said.

“Within the framework of this campaign Ukrainian diplomats, employees of the Foreign Ministry raised more than Hr 1.75 million and transferred it to the account of the Come Back Alive charity fund. Ukrainian diplomats allocated this money from their salaries, which are their direct incomes, so they shared them with the Come Back Alive fund in order to purchase necessary medical equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” he told an online briefing on April 28.

Kuleba emphasized that the diplomats and the servicemen are two forces of a single front line, they defend territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine.

“This is why the Ukrainian diplomats decided to help exactly the military medics in this difficult time so that the army can save its ability to defend the country, health of servicemen, officers and our defensive capacity in general,” the minister said.

Head of the Come Back Alive fund Vitaliy Deineha, in turn, said that the money raised by the diplomats will be spent on the purchase of personal protective equipment for the servicemen and thanked the diplomats for their support.
