The construction of Podilsko-Vyhurivska line of the Kyiv metro is divided into five stages, preparations for work have already started, the press service of the Kyiv city state administration reported.
“Preparations for the construction of the Podilsko-Vyhurivska metro line, which will connect Kiltseva Road with Troyeschyna residential area, start in the capital. The corresponding work is provided for by order of the Kyiv City State Administration No. 2108,” the message says.
According to the decree adopted on October 5, five stages of the implementation of the metro line are planned: the section from Hlybochytska station to Raiduzhna station; the section from Raiduzhna station to Bratyslavska Street with an electric depot; from Hlybochytska station to Solomianska Square; from Raiduzhna station in direction of the residential area Vyhurivschyna-Troyeshyna with an electric depot; from Solomianska Square in the direction of the Kiltseva road with an electric depot.
According to deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Hustelev, within the framework of the construction of the Podilsko-Voskresensky crossing, the Sudnobudivna, Trukhaniv Ostriv, Zatoka Desenka stations have already been built in the main structures, and the construction of the Raiduzhna station has begun. These stations, together with Hlybochytska (with a transfer to Lukianivska station) and Podilska (with a transfer to Tarasa Shevchenka station) are included in the work plan of the first stage.
According to him, the municipal enterprise Kyiv Metropoliten in 2021 was allocated Hr 30 million as the customer for the design and construction of the Podilsko-Vyhurivska metro line.
