Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers decided that the strengthening of anti-epidemic measures is applied and ceases in the region or in separate administrative-territorial units on the basis of a decision of regional commissions dealing with manmade and environmental disasters and emergencies, which is adopted on the proposal of the chief state sanitary doctor of the region.
If the epidemic situation in the region is consistent with the signs for strengthening anti-epidemic measures for three consecutive days, the regional commission convenes and decides to strengthen the restrictions. The commission analyzes every three days of the epidemic situation and considers the issue of strengthening anti-epidemic measures.
The decision to strengthen anti-epidemic measures can be canceled no earlier than seven days from the date of its adoption, taking into account the results of the assessment of the current epidemic situation in the region.
