PrJSC Kyiv Confectionery Factory Roshen intends to increase the size of the charter capital by Hr 1 billion, or three times, to Hr 1.506 billion through the placement of additional shares.

According to the company’s statement in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission regarding an annual meeting of shareholders scheduled for Oct. 26, the increase is planned to be carried out by an additional issue of 4 billion ordinary registered shares with the existing nominal value of Hr 0.25 and the total nominal amount of Hr 1 billion (excluding public offering).

After the increase, the charter capital of Kyiv Confectionery Factory Roshen will amount to Hr 1.506 billion, which will amount to about 6.023 billion ordinary registered shares.

In addition, at the meeting, it is planned to distribute the company’s net profit for 2019 in the amount of Hr 8.33 million as follows: send 5% of the net profit to replenish the company’s reserve capital, leave 95% of the net profit unallocated, do not accrue or pay dividends.

As reported, Kyiv Roshen Confectionery Factory in 2019 reduced its net profit by 25.1% compared to 2018, to Hr 8.33 million.
