The Day of Memory of Heavenly Hundred Heroes and a “three-day petal procession” will be held in Kyiv on February 18-20.

The organizer of the “petal procession,” Serhiy Suchok, said at a briefing in Kyiv on February 13, that an “open microphone” event would be held near the stele on Independence Square at 2.00 p.m. on February 18 and a performance “Maidan – The Cradle of a New Humanity” would be held after that.

After these events, a “petal procession” will pass from Independence Square along Instytutska Street to Mariyinsky Park and through Hrushevskoho Street back to Independence Square.

The procession will continue at 7.00 p.m. on February 19, but on a different route – from Independence Square through European Square to Hrushevskoho Street and then to the Ukrainian House and back to the Trade Union House.

The final stage of the procession will be held from 7.00 p.m. on February 20 – from Independence Square past the Central Department Store to St. Michael’s Cathedral.
