Kyiv Post talks to Kurt Volker

Kyiv Post’s Chief Editor met today in Kyiv with Kurt Volker, the American diplomat who served as the U.S. Ambassador to NATO and executive director of the McCain Institute for International Leadership. He was U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine until  September  2019.  A report on their discussion will be published shortly.
