A military was injured in the shelling on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions in Donbas on August 1, the press center of the Ukrainian Army said.
Ten shell attacks on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions were recorded since midnight until 6 p.m., the press center said. Infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) weapons, large-caliber machineguns, firearms were fired on fortifications in the Luhanske populated area at about 1 a.m. in the Donetsk sector. “A soldier of the Ukrainian forces was injured in the shelling,” the press center said in a report issued at 7 p.m. on August 1.
At the same time, several 82mm mortars were fired on a Ukrainian forces’ stronghold in Krymske, in the Luhansk sector, at about midnight.
