Former MP, member of the Supervisory Board of Ukrzaliznytsia Sergey Leschenko claims that the Constitutional Court of Ukraine has made a decision on the nomination of deputies from the Opposition Bloc – For Life and For Maybutne factions and canceled the anti-corruption reform.

“The Constitutional Court voted to abolish Article 366-1 of the Criminal Code (inaccurate declaration), illegal enrichment, electronic declaration, the powers of the NACP at a closed session on Tuesday. The draft was handed out in the morning and voted for. It was not as bad even under Yanukovych. Only four judges opposed: Lemak, Pervomaisky, Kolesnyk and Holovaty,” wrote Leschenko on Facebook on Oct. 27 evening.
