The protest rally of opponents of vaccination, which is taking place in Kyiv on Nov. 3, is a mockery of medical workers and relatives of citizens who have died from coronavirus, said Minister of Health of Ukraine Viktor Liashko.

“This [protest rally against vaccination] is a mockery of our doctors and families who, unfortunately, have lost their loved ones due to COVID. This anti-vaccination spirit disappears very quickly in intensive care wards, and fake certificates do not work here. I want you to realize this right now. Don’t trust fakes. Don’t listen to advice on social media. Use only verified information,” the minister said at a briefing on Nov. 3.

He also called on Ukrainians to be vaccinated against coronavirus.

Earlier it was reported that on Nov. 3 in the center of Kyiv a protest rally against vaccination against COVID-19 is taking place, the participants of which block the movement of vehicles on Hrushevskoho Street, as well as on several other central streets of the capital near the government quarter.
