German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas will discuss with U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo the problems of conflicts in Syria and Ukraine, the press service of the German Foreign Ministry said on Monday.
German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas will host U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for talks on Tuesday, May 7. Bilateral issues and international issues will be discussed, including the situation in Syria and the conflict in eastern Ukraine, the ministry said.
Earlier it was reported that Pompeo also plans to meet with Chancellor Angela Merkel.
