The Council of Europe’s anti money laundering and counter terrorist financing body (MONEYVAL) has encouraged Ukraine to accelerate its efforts in addressing the remaining deficiencies in its framework to tackle money laundering and terrorist financing in view of currently pending legislative reforms.
