More than 303,000 teachers have already been vaccinated in Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine reported.
“As of June 22, 2021, some 303,189 employees of educational institutions were vaccinated in Ukraine. In accordance with the Roadmap for the introduction of a vaccine against acute respiratory disease COVID-19, education workers are a priority protection group. Vaccination continues. We urge teachers to be vaccinated against coronavirus – this will help us all start the new academic year as usual,” the ministry’s press service said.
It is noted that 41,819 people were vaccinated in Kyiv, 26,719 people in Kyiv region, 25,192 people in Dnipropetrovsk region, 19,925 people in Lviv region, and 16,942 people in Kharkiv region.
