You're reading: NABU again summons judges of Kyiv’s District Administrative Court for questioning

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has repeatedly summoned Head of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv Pavlo Vovk, his deputy Yevhen Ablov and judges of the court for questioning on August 10-11.

“The NABU again summons the head of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, his deputy and judges of this court for questioning – the summons have been posted on NABU’s website… Nine of twelve suspects, most of whom are incumbent judges of the court, refuse to fulfill their procedural obligations,” the NABU said on its Twitter page on August 4.

The bureau also said that of the suspects do not appear for questioning again, they will be put on wanted list.

As reported, on July 17, the NABU announced about notifying of suspicion Head of Kyiv District Administrative Court Pavlo Vovk, his deputy Yevhen Ablov, five other judges and Chairman of the State Judicial Administration Zenoviy Kholodniuk.

In addition, it was noted that “the process of handing over suspicions to four more persons continues.” According to the bureau, in total, suspicions were handed over to 12 persons on suspicion of seizing state power.
