Naftogaz Ukrainy has withdrawn the company’s executive director, Yuriy Vitrenko, from the supervisory board of PJSC Ukrnafta and introduced head of the group’s oil division Mykola Havrylenko into it.
“He will continue to resolve the issues that remain unresolved, in particular regarding disputed gas volumes and accumulated tax debt,” Naftogaz said on Facebook.
The group’s financial director, Peter van Driel, will be responsible for further interaction between Naftogaz and Ukrnafta.
