The Council of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), at an extraordinary meeting on July 31, has accepted the resignation of the central bank’s deputy governor, Serhiy Kholod, who was in charge of the issues related to payment systems and money turnover, from August 3, member of the NBU Council Vitaliy Shapran told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday, July 31.

He also said that no one has been appointed to Kholod’s post.
