The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a new Order for crossing the disengagement line in Donbas, changing the principle of moving goods from the “list of allowed goods for transferring” to “the list of goods prohibited for transferring,” Ukrainian Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons Vadym Chernysh has said.

“Great news! The government has approved a new procedure for crossing the disengagement line in the east of Ukraine. We are waiting for the final version. But we know that the initiative of the Ministry for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons to change the principle of determining the list of goods allowed for transferring to the list of prohibited for transferring is supported by the government,” Chernysh wrote on Twitter on July 18.

He explained that this means that, in accordance with the adopted Procedure, persons crossing the disengagement line, will soon be able to transport any goods to the temporarily occupied territory, except those restricted or prohibited for movement, on which the ministry is currently working.
