According to preliminary data, there are no citizens of Ukraine among the casualties of shooting in Las Vegas (Nevada, U.S.), the Ukrainian Embassy in the United States said on October 2.

“According to preliminary data, there are no our citizens among the casualties. We will keep you abreast of the further developments,” the embassy wrote on its Facebook page.

As reported, a gunman, a 64-year-old local resident, opened fire from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel towards an open-air music festival attended by 22,000.

More than 50 people have been killed and over 400 injured as a result of the Las Vegas shooting.
