Public joint-stock company Odesa Port-Side Plant saw a 2.6-fold rise in its debt to national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy, to Hr 529.222 million, Naftogaz’s press service has reported.
The payment level for gas consumed in 2016 fell to 23 percent.
As reported, according to the privatization conditions, the buyer of the plant is obliged to pay the plant’s debt to Naftogaz.
The tender to privatize the plant with the starting price of Hr 5.16 billion is scheduled for Dec. 14, 2016.
