OSCE reacts to murder of witness in Amina Okueva case

The OSCE is shocked at the murder of Chechen blogger Mamikhan Umarov near Vienna. Umarov witnessed the murder of Amina Okueva and called for a thorough investigation of this crime, media freedom spokesman Arlem Desir said.

“Shocked by the murder of blogger Mamikhan Umarov on 4 July near Vienna, #Austria. Umarov was known for his blog channel @Anzor Tscharto Beck Martin,” Desir said on Twitter.

He also called for a quick and thorough investigation of this “terrible criminal act.”
