The number of attacks has decreased by 10 percent in Donbas in the past week, Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) Ukraine Alexander Hug said.
The security situation in the special operation zone remains volatile, Hug said at a briefing in Kyiv on Sept. 22.
At the same time, the number of ceasefire violations has decreased by 10 percent as compared to last week, but instances of violence took place in all areas of tension, he said.
