The deadline for submitting an electronic income declaration for public activists should be extended for six months, and this issue should be regulated legislatively over this period, Ukrainian Parliament Speaker Andriy Parubiy has said.

“Electronic declaration for public activists requires additional legislative regulation, therefore, the deadline for submitting an electronic declaration for this category should be extended for six months until this problem is solved,” the press service of the People’s Front Party cited Parubiy’s statement on March 19.

According to him, one of the topical issues during the current plenary week will be resolving the issue of electronic declaration for public activists.

“My initiative will be to extend the period of electronic declaration for this category for at least six months, so that during these six months it would be possible to resolve this issue at the level of legislation,” Parubiy said.
