People, who are holding rally outside the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) demanding resignation of board chairman of the central bank Yakiv Smoliy and his first deputy Kateryna Rozhkova, have been broken into the hall of the premises, though have failed to move further, the bank told Interfax-Ukraine.
“Aggressive young men broke into the hall in front of the check-in desk, police prevented further entrance into the regime facility,” the central bank said.
Representatives of the metallurgical enterprises of the country joined the participants of the rally “Stop Corruption in the NBU!”.
As reported on the website Dubinsky.pro, unrest outside the NBU preceded the visiting meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Finance Committee, which will be held in the central bank on Nov. 27.
