Police registered 407 reports of electoral violations on election day, the press service of the National Police of Ukraine said.

“Most violations were registered in Dnipropetrovsk – 206, Lviv – 46, Poltava – 41, Rivne – 34, Mykolaiv – 26, Donetsk – 15, Zaporizhia – 14, Zakarpattia – 12, Cherkasy – 11 and Kirovohrad regions,” the message reads.

The police opened 11 criminal proceedings and drew up 10 administrative protocols.

As noted, violations were mainly related to photographing ballots or electoral documents – 177, illegal campaigning – 36, bribery of voters – 20, conflicts – 13, destruction or damage to ballots or other electoral documents – 12, falsification of electoral documents – 8, illegal polling – 4, conflicts between members of TECs (PECs) – 3, attempts or taking out of a ballot paper – 3.
