“I am calling on city residents to observe the quarantine restrictions. We are also calling on participants and organizers to refrain from breaking the law and triggering conflicts. Public order in the streets of the capital as well as victory in the fight against the pandemic depends on legal consciousness of each of us,” Kryschenko said.
