According to the assurances received from the Polish side, there is a clear understanding of the particular importance of ensuring the proper and uninterrupted operation of the diplomatic and consular institutions of Poland in Ukraine in the visa direction.

The Polish side also assured that the selection of a company for the provision of services on the territory of Ukraine for accepting applications for visas is carried out in strict accordance with the legislation of Poland and the EU, it is aimed at improving the level of services for Ukrainian citizens.

At the same time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine continues to monitor this situation and, in the event of a violation of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of Ukraine, will provide a prompt and effective response, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry assured.
