Robert Livingston, the Republican congressman turned lobbyist who’s become a figure in the impeachment inquiry for pressing for the ouster of the Ukrainian ambassador, has continued to lobby the State Department on behalf of Ukrainian interests through at least last month, according to a newly filed Justice Department disclosure.
