“What did we do in due time? We used subsidies (…). This did not require any documents or paperwork. You just submit an application and you will receive money (…) This involved 7 million households in Ukraine (…) Now, instead of 7 million, there are less than 3 million left. Some 4 million were left face to face with their problems,” Poroshenko said in an interview on one of the television channels.

The politician said the funds provided for subsidies have been cut by the current government by more than two times and have already been used by 85%. “And how to cover the second half of the year? To whom did they want to shift the responsibility? To the local authorities. Let the mayors answer. This also destroys decentralization,” he said.
