Co-chairman of the European Solidarity faction, the fifth president of Ukraine (2014-2019) Petro Poroshenko has become the owner of the Pryamiy TV channel.
“Two hours ago, the final beneficial owner of the Pryamiy TV Channel changed in the state register. For two hours now, the ultimate beneficial owner of Pryamiy Channel has been Prime Assets Capital, a structure that is 100% owned by Poroshenko Petro Oleksiyovych,” Poroshenko said on the air of the Pryamiy TV channel Feb. 18 evening.
