Members of the Batkivschyna party have been making arrangements for bribing voters and for this purpose they have started collecting their personal data, Artur Herasymov, head of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction, has said.

“Recently, there have been lots of signals coming from almost all regions of Ukraine that members of the Batkivschyna party, which is led by presidential candidate Yuliya Tymoshenko, have launched a campaign to bribe voters involving collection of their personal data,” Herasymov said at a conciliatory meeting of heads of parliamentary factions, committees and groups on February 4.

He reminded representatives of the Batkivschyna party that there is responsibility for such initiatives.

“An active member of the Batkivschyna party was recently convicted in Kilia, Odesa region for 5.5 years in prison for bribing voters during the elections to the unified territorial community,” he said in this context.
