Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko has issued a decree to set up civil and military administrations in the villages of Shyrokyne and Berdianske, Donetsk region, located on the disengagement line near Mariupol.

“To form a civil and military administration of the villages of Shyrokyne and Berdianske, Volnovakha district, Donetsk region,” reads presidential decree No. 351/2017 published on the president’s website on November 3 evening.

According to the decree, the head of the Anti-Terrorism Center under the Security Service of Ukraine and the head of Donetsk Regional State Administration will be in charge of the establishment of this civil and military administration.

This decree comes into force from the date of its publication.
