Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has dismissed head of Odesa Regional State Administration Maksym Stepanov and appointed First Deputy Head of the regional administration Serhiy Parashchenko as acting head.
“To dismiss Masym Volodymyrovych Stepanov from his post as head of Odesa Regional State Administration,” reads presidential decree No. 119/2019 of April 10, posted on the president’s website.
Under the decree No. 120/2019, Poroshenko temporarily authorized Parashchenko to act as Odesa governor.
