Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has announced reaching an agreement on the European Union macro-financial assistance program for Ukraine for 2018-2019.
“We have agreed that next week the European Commission will issue a communiqué on a very ambitious macro-financial assistance plan for 2018-2019, three tranches. It will have the same volume and will start operating in January 2018,” he said at the press conference of the Eastern Partnership summit in Brussels on Nov. 24.
