Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko has announced a large-scale exchange of held persons with the Russian Federation next week.
“In the near future, and this is literally, I hope, will take place next week, we plan an even larger exchange,” he said on the Right to Power (Provo na Vladu) talk show on Oct. 3 evening.
At the same time, Prystaiko did not specify the details.
