Foreign Minister of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko has said that they never discussed his possible resignation with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

He said that nine months ago when Zelensky proposed Prystaiko the position of foreign minister, they agreed to get back to the conversation about their cooperation from time to time.

“We have not had a conversation, like ‘Listen, we should finish this’ yet,” Prystaiko said during a joint press conference with his Swedish counterpart Ann Linde in Kyiv on March 2.

The minister also noted that he has many plans that are yet to be implemented, and added that he is ready to resign if “there is no longer a need for my services.”
